Here are some databases that other people have sent me.
Diagnostic Codes by Dr. Rich Trenholm in Sudbury
Fees and ER Diagnostic Codes, both created by Dr. Mark Borzecki for use by The Ottawa Hospital's ER group
Two Diagnostic code databases were submitted by Dr. Hal Koch. Diagdesc is the original diagnostic code list created by OHIP years ago. Dxcodes
is a list of codes most commonly used by GPs. Note that these files are
rtf files, not List databases. You open them with a wordprocessor
application on any computer or PDA.
